1) I have been able to add a number of links to businesses and organisations in Gosport, partly due to people contacting me when they have seen the A4 posters that Gosport Borough Council were good enough to put on the notice boards around Gosport (I understand 38), some were still up last weekend, over two months. Others from the A5 leaflets that I have put though their doors, both can be found on the web site. I have also received replies to e-mails that I have sent.

2) If you know of somewhere that the A4 poster, A5 flyers or the www.gosport.info business cards could go, please let me know and how many you could use.

3) I have received emails asking for requests to be put on the web site, I have done this and if the numbers of requests go up I will add a page for them. I have also been asked if people could send in requests for people that they would like to find, a place to add family photos and also for people who are interested in a particular surname. Photos could be added with the family or Gosport memories stories. A request page could be used to find people and information of surname. I do not have a way to hide e-mail addresses, so people will need to tell me whether they want their e-mail addresses with the requests or, whether they want them passed on to the enquirer or, on to those who reply with information.

4) You may notice that there are a few links of the Affiliate type. I have tried to only add those to do with Gosport, to do with the web site, or I feel would be of interest to those using the site, such as the Ordnance Survey maps link. If you feel they are slowing down the site or are inappropriate, please let me know.
