1) I have reduced the size of each map and spread them over more pages, just click on the area of the main map that you want. I have received a comment about the map not being of the 'Street Map' type. I did look in to them, but it would take three maps to cover Gosport at £29.38 each, so want to be sure that is what people want. I could, next year have one Gosport map instead, though, will I receive complaints from Lee-on-the-Solent, Rowner and Bridgemary. What do you think?

2) I have only added a few photos this time, though I did also add some in mid-February. Most of them extending the number of road covered, but also an experiment, four photos of Dukes Rd merged into one. Would you like more of these panoramic views.

3) It seems that I need to publish updates around twice a month most months, mostly for the 'What's on' section, as I find a lot of adverts only go out a couple of weeks before the event. I do not intend to send an update e-mail more than once a month even when I update more often, unless you want me to. Just remember if you are interested in events or other information I may have updated the site since you last saw it.

4) I have added the second chapter of Mrs Turner's 'St John's School and Forton District' book, more to follow.

5) I have added a section on famous Gosport people, please let me have your suggestions to add to the list.

6) I have added pages showing published (in print) articles/ items about the site. The next part of that will be to add these e-mails so they can be looked back on, by perhaps those who have not received them in the first place.

7) If you are involved with a Gosport based organisation, I will add up to a page of information and photos. If you are able to send me a plain text e-mail, I will be able to add it quicker.

8) If you are involved with a Gosport business, I will add a classified item showing name, address, telephone number and if they have them an e-mail address and web link.

9) If you have anything for the What's On, let me know, anything up to a year ahead can currently be added. Should I include events by Gosport groups that take place outside Gosport?              NEXT NEWSLETTER
