1) The museum is seeking former crew of the submarine Alliance to take part in a personal
testimony project to collect recollections to convey to the public what life onboard Alliance was like. Part of the Heritage Lottery funded Alliance restoration project will involve new
innovative methods of interpretation. To ensure this is as accurate, curatorial staff will be collecting information that will provide future generations with a unique resource of recorded first hand
testimony. This will be collected directly from the men who served on the submarine. 2)Graham Freer is one of a group of local business people, in the Gosport area,

3) 24th Family Fun Day - Lee on the Solent Residents Association is planning a fun afternoon for
everyone at the Lee Community Centre. FREE ENTRY - Details are being finalised but the event is likely to have craft and other stalls, a competition based on a wii football game, entertainment for
children including face painting, treasure hunts, craft workshops, a bouncy castle and other activities. There will be a toy swap and a competition to win tickets to see Portsmouth Football Club play or
win a shirt signed by PFC players. Further details will be announced nearer the time.

6) 'Geek for a
Week' promotion on behalf of the Rowner Carnival 2010 and Nimrod Community Centre Garden Project. Have just launched a fundraising campaign for the Rowner Carnival called ‘Geek 4 a Week’ www.geek4aweek.co.uk. Basically I am offering a weeks worth (16 Hours, part time week) of IT Support from my company. I have in effect put myself on eBay for a
week, this finishes next Thursday and we are also selling raffle tickets. This promotion is primarily aimed at local business but individuals can take part too. Have a look at the website. All the
