1) I feel the stand went well last week, though a smaller event with fewer stands, it
meant that many people had time to stop and have a chat about the site. II hope that a few good new contacts will come out of it. I hope they will invite me back again, and/ or to other events.
2) I will be
at the Gosporters Michaelmas Fayre on Saturday, so I hope that I will see some of you there. I am gradually improving the stand, with sides made for the gazebo, better display boards and so on. If I am able to get
the stand in to events next year, I plan to have a better display, perhaps with banners, maybe a foldable upright display. The whole stand has to fit on my bike and trailer, to take it all to the events. I am
also thinking about some publicity giveaways , I only give away sweets, leaflets, posters and cards at the moment. If you run events in Gosport, indoor or outside, perhaps you could contact me if you feel that I
could set-up at your event.
3) I have been working on updating the business and organisation lists. I have added some removed some that have gone and created a list of people to contact, to confirm no
objection to being added to the web site. I expect it will be the winter before I have a chance to send out the letters.
4) If you are running events in Gosport over the next year, please let me have
the information to add to the web site, even if you do not have the full details , you can always send me the extra details as you sort them out. Also if you looking for events in Gosport, don't
forget to check the web site.
