I understand that the copyright of literature, art and so on remains with the producer until 50 years after their death, 70 years in some countries, unless sold or passed on by the original producer. So if the photographs have not been taken by you, I assume that the only way to confirm that copyright has been passed is if the negatives or original slides are held.

- Over the last few years a number of people have very kindly sent photos to add to Gosport.info and I am very grateful. I hope that you have enjoyed looking at them.

I only put them on at about 25kb large enough to view on the Internet but not of the quality for printing out. I do not send out higher resolution without the photograph owners permission.
