- My name is John White, while browsing thru U.K. sites I found yours and reminded me of a friend from Gosport of many years ago. While in the U.S.
Military in the late 1950's some friends and I met some young ladies that worked in the summer theatre touring the U.K. I became friends with a lady named Doris Hall we stayed in touch but lost contact over
the years. I know that's not her name now and she most likely has grand children but at the end of each season she would go home to Gosport where her mother lived. I'd just like to find out if she is still alive and
doing well. list my email address, thank you. JWhite3564@aol.com

- My name is Paul Spendel and I live and work in The
Netherlands. I’m trying to trace an old acquaintance from Gosport. Maybe you know about her whereabouts. She was called Jackie Shaw, but she was also known as Jackie/Joan Fitzimmons.
She lived in the Gosport area around 1969 and was born around 1940.

- I wonder if you could place something in your site for me. My name is Kate Bell and I am looking for an old army friend of mine her name was
Jane Atkins
and she lived at 68 Green Crescent Rowner. I believe she married a man called Dave about 1978/79. Jayne and I joined the WRAC in Jan 1976 and spent our first 6 weeks of army life at Queen Elisabeth Barracks in Guildford, Jayne then went on to Bicester to do her trade training, I went to Aldershot, I later got married and went to Germany and we lost touch I wonder if any one there remembers Jayne or her family.I have happy memories of Gosport Jane and I used to go to her parents house when we had a weekend of, it was difficult for me to get home on a weekend leave as I lived in the north of Scotland so we went to Jane's and her family always made me so welcome any news would be great. You can add my e-mail it is katebell@tesco.net (added 30th July 2006)
