You, like me until a recent visit to Fort Rowner on a Heritage Weekend, may have thought that the main part of the fort can be seen from Military Rd, but
that is just the front of the Keep. The fort is very much larger, but thinking about it all the forts seem to be bigger from inside.
I will add more of the Fort Rowner history in the future.
